โ๏ธ What is included in the price for SHARED COACH festival transfers?
Dust Bowl LocationThe shared coach transfer price includes:
- A per-person seat on a scheduled coach between the airport and festival location (one-way or return transfer, depending on your booking)
- Direct transfer from Zadar Airport → Tisno or Split Airport → Tisno.
- One fixed pick-up and drop-off point in Tisno at the main car park on the waterfront (often referred to as “the Dust Bowl”)
- Luggage space for standard personal luggage.
- Access to a representative at the airport arrivals area before departure.
- Standard shared coach experience with other festival attendees.
Important notes:
- Shared coaches operate on a fixed schedule. The service will not wait for late passengers.
- If your flight date/time isn’t available in the booking form, you are welcome to book a private transfer instead.

The private transfer price includes:
- A dedicated vehicle just for your booking (car, van, minibus - depending on group size).
- Flexible pick-up time based on your flight or preferred schedule.
- Direct transfer from your arrival point (airport or chosen location) straight to your destination (e.g. festival site, accommodation), without shared stops.
- Personalized service: driver will meet you at the airport arrivals holding a sign with your name or company logo.
- Increased comfort and privacy, especially ideal for late flights or irregular arrival times.
Price for private transfers is calculated per vehicle and distance/time rather than per person. You can get a price quote by entering your pick-up, drop-off and vehicle details on the booking form.

- Shared coach services operate on a strict timetable and cannot wait for late passengers.
- Shuttle Tours is not financially responsible for missed transfers due to delayed flights or other external factors.
- We strongly advise allowing enough time when booking your transfer, especially for return journeys to the airport.
For Private Transfers:
- We track your incoming flight.
- Your driver will wait a reasonable time after landing.
- Extended waiting time may result in an additional waiting fee.
- If you expect major delays (customs, baggage claim), please contact our emergency line immediately.

- We will try to help: While we aren't financially responsible for airline issues, we will do our best to assist you.
- Option A: Move you to the next available shared coach (only if seats are available).
- Option B: Upgrade you to a Private Transfer (you will need to pay the price difference).
- Option C: If we cannot find a seat for you, we will discuss refund options based on the timing of your notification.
- Important: We track incoming flights, but we can only help you effectively if you call us the moment you know there is a problem.
Shuttle Tours cannot be held financially responsible for airline-related issues, but we are always committed to helping our passengers find the most practical outcome.
โ๏ธ Can I cancel my booking partially and receive a refund?
Cancellation FormYes, you have the flexibility to cancel your entire booking or just a portion of it (for example, 3 out of 5 reserved seats). If you cancel only part of your booking:
- The remaining seats stay confirmed and valid for travel.
- A refund for the specific seats cancelled will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please note that the actual processing time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your specific bank or payment provider.
โ Can I cancel my booking fully?
Cancellation FormYes, you can cancel your booking, and your refund amount is determined by when we receive your written notification. The following refund logic applies:
- Up to 72 hours prior (3 days ahead) to the start of the service: 100% refund of the total service price.
- Between 71 and 24 hours prior (3-1 day ahead) to the start of the service: 70% refund of the total service price (30% is retained for administrative and booking costs).
- Within 24 hours including no-shows: 0% refund is issued.
Exceptions
Full refunds are always issued if the cancellation is initiated by the Agency or due to Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances.
โ What happens if Shuttle Tours cancels my transfer?
In rare circumstances, a shared coach service may be cancelled due to unusually low demand on a specific route. If this occurs:
- You will be notified via email and will receive a full 100% refund processed automatically to your original payment method.
- We will provide advice regarding alternative transport options to ensure you reach your destination.
- You are welcome to book an exclusive private transfer with us as an alternative.
๐ Can I move my full or partial booking to another transfer date?
Yes. If part of your group decides to change their plans (for example, moving to a later flight to explore more of Croatia) tickets can be moved to another transfer date, provided there is availability on the new requested time.
- If seats are available, we will update your booking and send a new confirmation email.
- If you move only a portion of the group, the remaining original tickets stay valid for their scheduled time.
- All other original terms and conditions will continue to apply to the updated booking.
โ Why did I receive an email about departure time change?
Airlines often shift their flight schedules, and our coaches move to match them to ensure you aren't left waiting too long.
- Check your inbox: If a time changes, we send an automated "IMPORTANT: Schedule Update" email immediately.
- New Details: The email will clearly show your new pickup time and location.
- Everything else stays the same: Your booking reference and seat count remain valid.
๐ Will the coach wait if I am late?
Unfortunately, no. Our shared coaches operate on a strict, non-negotiable schedule and will not wait for latecomers.
- Be early: You should aim to be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Account for delays: Allow plenty of time for passport control, baggage claim, and finding our representative at the arrival gate.
- No refunds for lateness: We cannot provide refunds if you miss the bus because you were late.
