The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with SHUTTLE TOURS agency which is a trading name of SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., travel agency whose registered address is:

SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. is a Croatian registered company and is therefore subject to Croatian law and those of the E.E.C. where applicable.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Applications for booking are being sent electronically by filling in the form available on SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd.'s website (www.shuttletours.net). When registering the customer is required to give all the correct information that the booking form is requiring. The information applies to both passenger and persons who are applying to travel. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. is not responsible for the truthfulness of the data given by the traveler during registration. In the case of incorrect data, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and charge the price difference on the spot.
Payment is required at the time of booking. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will then produce written confirmation of the details regarding the booking, either by email or fax. This confirmation acts as your ticket and must be presented to the SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. representative for both the outward and return journey. Such payment is strictly non-refundable except in circumstances where SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., due to causes beyond its control, cancels or, at its absolute discretion, agrees to cancel the booking.
Where a booking is made by telephone, the booking is subject to, and the client accepts, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. booking terms and conditions. These are available on our website or on request by email, fax or by phone.
Where two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to have done so on the basis that he/she acts as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
Where SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. accepts bookings for travel on services provided by operators other than SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. we do so as agents for the operator concerned whose own conditions of carriage will apply and our liability will be confined to travel on our own services.
In the case of missed flights or flight delays forcing you to miss your transfer. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will require you to fill in a declaration for your travel insurance for the cost of your new transfer. The extra charge can and may be waived at the absolute discretion of SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd.
Booking form is a legal contract; once submitted and confirmed, all provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply.
The preferred form of payment is via PayPal and the preferred currency is in € (Euro). If you're not able to pay via PayPal, you can make it via bank transfer.

At the same time, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the sent payment including details of the paid service, reservation, passenger names and agency. If you want to make your payment in some other way, please contact us before that.
AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
The destination and pickup addresses on your ticket are the address to which you will be delivered and picked up. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done in writing by phone, email or fax directly with SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. Service Centre at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel (inbound or outbound). Modifications within the 48 hour period will require a new service booking and a taxi will be charged for whether or not this was the choice of transport on the original booking.
Customers are entitled to cancel the ticket by recorded delivery letter email or fax. The booking will deem to be cancelled on the date that SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. receive the letter fax or email at our Service Centre address. Cancellations made at least seven days before the time of travel will be done free of charge and will not incur any charges. In the event of a cancellation by the Customer or agent within 7 days of the time of travel SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., will levy a cancellation charge of €5.00 per passenger to cover administration costs. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the transfer departure time will be subject to the FULL cost of the booking.
NOTES AND ADJUSTMENTS
If the user is not satisfied with any part of the program while using services provided by SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., and a guide or driver also fail to solve the problem, the user should talk directly with the agency in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of both parties.
Price is subject to change without notice as a result of adverse economic changes or currency fluctuations that may affect air/land transportation or other related service providers.
It is the responsibility of each service participant to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and any other documents required by applicable government regulations.
Customers are entitled to TWO ITEMS OF LUGGAGE ONLY. ANY EXCESS LUGGAGE (eg. golf equipment) MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking. We MUST be informed of items such as golf clubs, snowboards, skies etc. We will be as sympathetic as is reasonably possible, but occasionally, extra charges may be made at our absolute discretion. Luggage MUST be clearly labeled with the owners name and destination address. In the event of undeclared excess luggage, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance (which must be paid for prior to transportation) or to refuse transport of the excess items.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers and appointed agents the right) to refuse to drive any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol on any of our vehicles.
Smoking is not permitted in SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. vehicles.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the period of hire and that it reaches its destination on time. SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers’ property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will endeavor to carry the passenger(s) with the minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation document providing that this is a Tourist Board registered hotel, apartment or other facility with full address. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:
§ exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow, wind or flood
§ compliance with requests of the police
§ deaths and accidents on the road
§ vandalism and terrorism
§ flight delays
§ unforeseen traffic delays
§ industrial action by third parties
§ problems caused by other customers
§ other circumstances affecting passenger safety
§ road closures due to local fiestas or other events
§ properties that are not accessible to type of service booked
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. is not able to drive passenger(s) to any other destinations, other than Tourist Board registered properties or facilities, unless it has been specifically agreed, in writing, with the company at the time of booking.
If SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. were to fail for any reason within our control to deliver its passengers to their confirmed destination, SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. will provide suitable transport such as another coach, private car, etc. Any reimbursement made by SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. for the costs of an alternative means of transport incurred by the passenger to get to their ticketed destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by taxi.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. shall only be liable for any reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses arising directly out of a breach in contract. In such cases our liability shall be limited to 500€ per booking.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserves the right at any time to assign any part of this Agreement (or all of it) to any associated or subsidiary company or to any third party.
It is the customer’s obligation to report any difficulties with the services that we provide in the shortest practicable time in order for us to be given a fair opportunity to rectify any problems in the shortest possible time. It is the customer’s obligation to do all in his/her power to mitigate any loss.
These Conditions of Carriage and any carriage which we agree to provide you with (in respect of yourself and/or your Baggage) shall be governed by the laws of Croatia, and any dispute between you and SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. concerning or arising out of such carriage in any way whatsoever, shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Zadar (Croatia).
DATA PRIVACY AND USAGE
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. helds all obtained information about the passengers in accordance with the Law. Travelers give their personal information voluntarily. Personal information is required for processing requested services. The same will be used for further communication.
SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. undertakes not to share personal information of passengers to third parties or carry it out of the country, except for the purpose of carrying out the requested services.
All personal information will be kept in database in accordance with the Management's decision on the method of collection, processing and storage of personal data. Traveler gives permission that his personal data may be used for promotional offers of travel agencies SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd.
PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT AND AWARENESS OF RISK
I fully understand and acknowledge that travel activities have:
(a) inherent risks, dangers and hazards and such exists in my participation in SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. sponsored activities;
(b) my participation in such activities may result in injury or illness;
(c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, officers or agents of the SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes;
(d) by my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, or employees of SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd., or by any other person.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. and its agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my participation in SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. activities. I understand that SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of its programs, and hereby agree that SHUTTLE TOURS Ltd. may use any such photographic or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to the traveler.
